Soaltee Hotel visit by DGCA 3rd Batch


Students of Diploma In Global Culinary Arts from A-la-carte visited Soaltee Crown Plaza on 3rd December 2017. During the visit, the students were introduced to the major departments of the hotel and were briefed about the basic hotel operation by Asst. Food & Beverage Manager. They also got small presentation from 1st Executive Chef of Soaltee Crowne Plaza. Students also enjoyed the buffet lunch.
